| Q. What made you get into the term paper business?
Asian Grade is the creation of a few college friends talking about different, funny and interesting websites. At the time of Asian Grade’s creation we were all about 1 year out of college, basically old enough to reflect on the good and bad times of college. For most of us it was more good than bad. However, we noticed we all generally had the same complaints the main academic one being there wasn’t some sort of centralized place to get everything done quickly, easily and be able to show quality work when done. We all at one point in time decided to seek out academic research help online, but not one of us had a positive experience from it. So long story short we decided to change that….hence Asian Grade came to be…for more information and the proper tale of Asian Grade check out the “About Us” link in the footer of this website.
Q. Where did you get your original inventory of papers?
Papers on Asian Grade come from an assortment of places. From our own inventory or our friends inventory, but what makes Asian Grade stand out from all the other sites out there is quality. We conduct a strict quality control of EVERY PAPER that is put on Asian Grade. Even papers that are submitted to us by students who stumbled upon Asian Grade and wanted to see their paper in the system, if the paper we receive doesn’t meet our high standards we wont include it in our database or if it’s on a topic we don’t have or want more of, we will have our experts re-work the paper to put it on the same level our other papers are on! No other free term paper / academic research website out there offers this hand on quality control. No One.
Q. How do you get them now?
We are continually adding to our database literally every day, wile we get a lot of paper submissions from students around the world, we mainly try to actively recruit students and former students to give us their archive of A grade papers.
Q. How do you advertise your website?
Asian Grade actively advertises anywhere and everywhere there are college or even high school students. However, because of our brand name and our quality, were lucky enough not to advertise as much as a dot com should. Word-of-mouth is our #1 reference. We also love to participate in surveys on the industry as well as interviews for those who are writing / reporting on the industry.
Q. What other companies out there would you consider your competition?
Honestly, we are very proud that we are the #1 ranked term paper / academic research website on the internet right now. However, we cannot fully take credit of who we are without acknowledging those who came before us, these sites include: SchoolSucks.com PlanetPapers.com , Echeat.com , and finally CheatHouse.com. As recent college students we cannot thank enough what these sites have done for the industry, free speech and students everywhere.
Q. How closely do you follow your competition?
Very closely, however this is mostly done to protect the industry as a whole. At Asian Grade we don’t have to worry too much about one site becoming better or more popular than us, our quality speaks for itself and students everywhere know this. However, Asian Grade is simply a part of a bigger community, the industry of term papers and academic research needs to stick together and protect the community from frauds and other similar burdens that can give this industry a bad name.
Market:
Q. What are the general age groups of your users?
F. What % is male? What % is female?
Our research shows that approximately 60% of our users are male between the ages of 18-24. (Consequently 40% of our users are female)
Q. What are your best months of operation?
March and April, however we are sometimes surprised month to month, outside events can effect people’s time management thus creating even more of a demand for our services.
Q. What do you assume are the reasons for this?
Mid-term papers, final papers.
Q. What are your worst months of operations?
Don’t really have a “worst” month. The summer months are never the best, but considering the internet is a world market, we usually attract more and more students from around the world during these months. is a major market in the summer.
Q. Again, what do you assume the reasons are for this?
Summer Vacation
Q. What kind of complaints do you receive from users?
We don’t receive complaints from students (at least not yet anyway) however considering this is a free service and 100% voluntary there is no reason to expect a complaint from a student….teachers and parents on the other hand are a different story….
With teachers we usually receive about 80% of them with their resume attached asking for some sort of employment…and the occasional nut case teacher who thinks we are a travesty and that our constitutional right to freedom of speech should be revoked. You remember this type of teachers…usually single, fat, always in a bad mood and always giving out bad grades as a power trip.
Sometimes teachers vent their anger about a student of theirs getting themselves kicked out of school for plagiarism, which in our view is the students own fault as we more then identify our site as a academic research site and even offer students the proper tools on how to write a good quality paper of their own and how to properly cite sources.
Q. What would you do differently if you were to start all over again?
So far nothing, our only regret is not starting sooner and perhaps not doing enough research into brand management.
They vent their anger about a student of theirs getting themselves kicked out of school for handing in an essay as they own - which is extremely stupid.
Q. What is your response to people who say your site encourages plagiarism?
Asian Grade makes plagiarism easier, but do not agree that we encourage it just as much as a car manufacturer encourages drunk driving, or a gun manufacturer encourages drive by shootings. These are all legal tools and when used PROPERLY are beneficial to society.
Q. What does your Google rank mean to you?
All search engines mean a lot to us. We always prefer to have the best rank in some of the top keywords on all search engines. Please don’t ask us what those top keywords are, as we consider them company secrets.
Q. What is your view/opinion on the state of the industry?
As we said before Asian Grade considers itself as part of a community. As such, we consider it a responsibility to protect this industry whenever we can. This is why we try to maintain a glass window of Asian Grade’s business structure. We do not hide anything, and are always available to be proud representatives of out industry. We think it’s a shame that so few webmasters are willing to talk about what they do. If the industry had more of an open structure we could push this industry and make it the epicenter of online academic research.
Q. Considering your market base; what kind of expansion do you see your site going into?
Asian Grade considers all of its services tools of academic research and thus we are always looking for more tools to add to the site. We will eventually like to break into the more traditional “brick and mortar” style businesses where we can offer academic tools to students at their schools and bookstores.
In regards to online expansion, we are currently coming up with new ideas to make a students life even just a little bit easier.
Q. Do you find / believe high school students use your site as well?
Oh yes, in fact they represent roughly 50% of our market.
Q. Where are you located out of? City? State? Country?
Asian Grade was created at USF (
University of
South Florida ) in
Tampa, Florida . However our main office is now in
New York .
Q. Do you (your company) get involved in any type of community service?
We believe in the value of building a strong community, as well as the values of being a strong individual. This means contributing in any way possible to your fellow man. We currently are proud to say that we adopt a highway in
Florida , actively growing our college scholarship every semester and are currently working on fundraising campaigns for improvised schools in 3rd world countries.
Q. How long has your website been in existence?
Depending on what your counting, the idea of Asian Grade was invented more than a year ago and we worked for several months building it to what it is today, our active “Live” time has been just shy of a year.
In the beginning no one seemed to think that the Internet would have a huge impact on education, but today it's self evident. We feel that teachers are much more open-minded to sites like Asian Grade today. They see past the hype and understand that the ability for students to review an essay written by another student on the other side of the planet is powerful and can be used in a very positive way.
Q. How many term papers do you have on your site?
More then 5,000.
Q. Is there any special advertising or preparations you do at the beginning of every semester?
Besides the normal sacrifice to the term paper gods, not much. We always have some sort of welcome back events / plans but they change over time.
